She recently launched Strong Is Sexy (@strongissexy) via her YouTube channel and we are here for it. These challenging, yet empowering, at-home workouts focus on building your booty (yes, please!), creating those perfect abs, and working out your lower body. We know there are thousands of at-home workouts out there these days, but not only have we been fans of Kayla's for awhile now, we think she has the BEST motto above all the rest:
I AM STRONG.
I AM CAPABLE.
I AM SEXY.
We couldn't agree more. These positive affirmations are just what everyone needs. In a time when so many people are doubting themselves and what they're capable of, we find her Strong Is Sexy motto more important than ever. In the wise words of Kayla "The only thing standing between you and your goal is the false story you keep telling yourself as to why you can't achieve it." Yes, yes, and more yes!
